BRASIL INVESTMENT FORUM 2021 Date: May 31 to June 1st Time: 9 am to 5:30 pm *** Please note that the Brasil Investment Forum 2021 (BIF) will no longer be an in-person event and will be held online on May 31 and June 1st, 2021.
Register for the largest investment attraction event in Latin America and get to know first-hand the latest business environment and investment opportunities in strategic sectors of the Brazilian economy. The opening will be made by the President of Brazil, Jair Bolsonaro, and the President of the Inter-American Development Bank, Mauricio Claver-Carone. THE BRAZILIAN ASSOCIATION OF ANIMAL PROTEIN (ABPA) LAUNCHES CAMPAIGN ABOUT FAKE OFFERS
Brazilian Association of Animal Protein ( ABPA), in partnership with The Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (Apex-Brasil), launched an international campaign about fake offers to alert importers and potential customers against cases of fraud and false sales, which impact Brazilian poultry and pork exports. Frauds involve cloning websites of exporting companies, invoices of sales that did not happen, falsifying product labels that were not produced in Brazil, using fake SIF's, cloning e-mails, creating fully structured ghost offices (including accounts banking), among others.
