The Business Continuity Plan is part of the One Community One Goal (OCOG) initiative to support community resilience during this hurricane season. This effort evolved from last year’s HRBA (Hurricane Recovery Business Assistance), implemented during Hurricane Irma to support local businesses to recover from damages after the storm.
According to FEMA, 40% of businesses never survive the economic impact of a severe storm. This initiative has been created to help businesses prepare prior the storm to continue operating after the storm passes.
These tools arm business owners with information from access to capital, funding to government services and post-storm recovery, chocked full of data and links to sites that provide valuable information to arm your business pre/post storm. Click here to download our Hurricane Preparedness Kit.
