AbitOs is pleased to announce that we have acquired Boca Raton, Florida-based CPA firm, Brunton, Strachan and Ali. The deal brings to AbitOs international tax consulting and planning partners Ali Khan, CPA, and Kelly Strachan, EA, who becomes AbitOs’ first female partner. The acquisition also expands AbitOs’ physical service area to include offices from Homestead to Miami’s Brickell financial district to Boca Raton and Dubai, UAE. Khan and Strachan work with US citizens, residents, green card holders, nonresident aliens, and high net worth individuals, as well as foreign corporations, foreign partnerships, and foreign trusts.
