Bookkeepers must have experience, meeting rigorous deadlines and working in a fast-paced environment. This individual will work under supervisors or managers, producing quality work in the forms of account organizations.

Bookkeeper Job Description

  • Know basic accounting principles
  • Manage full cycle of accounting, using Quickbooks
  • Prioritize everyday tasks, such as: reconciling bank and credit card statements,
  • creating month-end adjustments, and reconciling payroll
Experience
  • Obtain an associate’s, bachelor’s or master’s degree in related field
  • Have a minimum 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience in a fast-paced environment, required
  • Must speak, read and write fluently in English and Spanish or Portuguese
  • Be proficient in QuickBooks (Knowledge of SAP and Creative Solutions is a plus.)
