Gui Gatti Letter – August Chamber News
The BACCF is passionate about improving trade and investment between Brazil and South Florida. The global pandemic has not stopped us from finding creative ways to further our collective mission. One of our most successful efforts has been the webinars where we have had great participation and many interesting speakers. In our next edition of the Leadership Series on August 26th, I will have the pleasure of participating along with Antonio Neto of Itaú Bank and Daniel Sculerati from Teleperformance. The theme for this webinar will be customer experience and innovation. I look forward to delving into such topics as customer experience as a competitive differential, positioning for customer success and the multi-channel superior experience.
Another exciting BACCF program coming up on September 24th at 8PM is the Virtual Independence Gala. This unique event honors the independence of Brazil and will have a host of different and interesting elements as part of the celebration including special guests Ambassador João Mendes and Hélio Castroneves. Original artwork is being provided by accomplished artist, Claudio Tozzi and the gala will feature renowned pianist João Carlos Martins playing the Brazilian National Anthem. There will also be a special live performance by Thiago Arancam singing Phantom of the Opera and the participation of Brazilian Voices. You don’t want to miss the Silent Auction featuring exclusive items.
