Professor Real Estate® Suzanne Hollander, Esq. is a real estate attorney and broker with international
experience managing public and private assets as a foreign family office’s general counsel + project developer,
and, as City of Miami's Director of Real Estate Asset Management managing an estimated $17.5 Billion real estate
portfolio of over 513 properties, 139 Million SF of islands, a shopping mall, 3 marinas of over 1,300 boat slips, hotels,
office buildings, multifamily, theaters, stadiums, parking garages, historic properties, upland and submerged lands.

The U.S. State Department appointed Suzanne to its Fulbright Specialist Roster as an Expert in Real Estate. In 2022,
Suzanne conducted an onsite investigation of the impact of COVID on the real estate sector in Brazil, Peru, Argentina,
Chile & Paraguay and met with property owners throughout Latin America. Suzanne has taught thousands of students.

She is a Professor at Florida International University’s Hollo School of Real Estate teaching real estate law and leading
real estate industry events for over 13 years and is Program Director of FIU’s Office to Advance Women Equity Diversity.
Suzanne has also taught at NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate and throughout Latin America. Suzanne is a frequent
speaker English, Spanish and Portuguese to private and public industry including Urban Land Institute and ICSC.

Suzanne’s real estate commentary appears on television, print media and radio including the WallStreet Journal, Bank Rate,
InfoMoney Brazil, El Montonero (Peru) among others. Suzanne is recognized by South Florida Business and Wealth as a
Prestigious Woman in 2021, by Globestreet as a Woman of Influence in Commercial Real Estate in 2019, REAL ESTATE ISSUES®
Published by The Counselors of Real Estate® and by Commercial Real Estate Women Network as Global Impact Award Winner in 2018.

Suzanne graduated from Dartmouth College, cum laude, and the University of Miami School of Law, magna cum laude, where she was
awarded a full three-year scholarship for academic and professional excellence. Suzanne is a Board Member of Housing on Merit,
a national 501(c)(3) Nonprofit organization, committed to preserving and developing affordable housing, 100 Women in Finance Miami, and,
an active member Abogados de Bienes Raíces Latam, Commercial Real Estate Women, GRI Club and Brazilian Chamber of Commerce
Alternative Investments Committee.
